Shipping policy

Our team hand-prepares every order Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Standard processing takes 4–5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Orders shipping to the U.S. are fulfilled from our U.S. distribution center so you won’t face duties or taxes. Please allow up to 15 business days for shipment, based on stock levels at our U.S. facility.
